My first proper tattoo machine was built by a machine builder named Dickie Golden and it was based off one of the machines built by the legendary Owen Jensen called the Perfection. It was the first tattoo machine I saw in those days that was out of the ordinary because of the circle frame. It gave me a unique sense of beauty and balance that I couldn't find in other machines I was shopping around for. The tattoo machine means a lot to me and they still sit in my small collection of tattoo machines.
