Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

Email support@pharaohshorses.co with your order number and reason. We’ll guide you through the next steps.


Return Conditions

  • Pre-orders and sale items are non-returnable

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping

  • Once received, we’ll assess the item’s condition and advise on the refund or exchange value

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
